By using the services provided on cottonfabs.com the user indicates that they have read, understood and accepted the terms    and conditions on this page. They have also accepted that these terms and conditions and privacy policy are subject to change without notice.

Users are requested to carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in their relevant sections.

We assure that the products are of the standard, quality, however we deal in a variety of cotton fabrics that includes handblock, handwoven, malmal cotton and daboo indigo. Colours of daboo indigo fabrics run for a few washes since they are dyed and the handblock printing is done by hand using wooden blocks. Thus the print can be a little assymetrical or misaligned. This is its natural beauty and is not a defect.design.

Accurate, authentic and true information should be provided by the user. cottonfabs.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, cottonfabs.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of cottonfabs.com without any prior intimation whatsoever.

We have the right to change the prices and availability of products without any prior notice.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available; any extra cost spent by cootonfabs for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

Cottonfabs will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on cottonfabs.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

cottonfabs.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

cottonfabs.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by courier/ postal services / trade organizations / manufacturers / shops etc. due to flood, fire, wars, calamity or any cause that is beyond the control of us.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then cottonfabs.com is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.


Shipping Policy

We deliver to all and any postal address around the country. Courier companies and postal departments do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays, public and private holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.

Cottonfabs.com will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery.

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to cottonfabs.asha@gmail.com and the needful will be done.

Multiple address order – Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not cottonfabs.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 1 week of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 10-12 business days of placing the order.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Taxes are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of government and must be paid directly by the buyer. These taxes are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the government.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 30 days and then reprocess/reship the order.

Return & Refund Policy

Our aim is to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for our products. However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for customized stitched clothing.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Please be informed that in case of return, you have to bear the shipping cost and payment gateway or bank transaction fee.

In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund, cottonfabs will not be responsible for returning the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 10 to 15 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment

While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Cottonfabs.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequins usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
